Our online business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. All orders are dispatched from Perth, Australia. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email hello@dowebo.com.au
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. If for an unforeseen reason there is a delay with processing your order, we will reach out to you via email.

$7 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 3-8 business days from dispatch.Express (Australia Post)

INTERNATIONAL (NEW ZEALAND)
Standard (Australia Post)*
$15 AUD flat rate - Delivery estimate, 5-8 business days from dispatch.Standard (DHL or Australia Post)*
$35 AUD flat rate - Delivery estimate, 8-15 business days from dispatch.
- Some countries can only be shipped to via Australia Post. We use DHL as a priority service and use Australia Post when DHL isn't available.

- The DHL tracking page hereIt is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.
Dowe Bo will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control. Shipping delays can be a result of postal clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Dowe Bo is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.
Dowe Bo offers tracking for all orders, however Dowe Bo does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post.
