POLICY
TO LODGE A RETURN, PLEASE CONTACT HELLO@DOWEBO.COM.AU
- Returns are accepted on the basis they are deemed faulty. Unfortunately we can not accept change of mind returns.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to honour a return outside of the 30 day return period.
- Exchanges are available on the same item only, in smaller or larger size. In the instance of sell out, exchange for another print is possible.
- Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached, folded neatly in the Dowe Bo dust bag provided.
- Shipping costs and custom duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Both domestic and international orders are required to arrange return postage at own expense via your preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (to ensure date of delivery is noted). Only once items have been received will they be processed and exchanged.
- If you need to make any changes to your order (if you selected the wrong size for example) please contact us right away. We are happy to correct this for you ensuring we have not already dispatched the item.
- We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.
- Please note Dowe Bo provides full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items. Should there be such an issue with your order please email our customer service team hello@dowebo.com.au
